1 Car Seats & Safety
Yes, child car seats are included in the price of every journey at no extra charge. This is our commitment to the safety of your children.
We have three types of seats: infant carriers for babies from 0 to 12 months, group 1 harnessed seats for children from 9 months to 4 years, and high-back booster seats for children from 4 to 10 years.
Yes, our spacious vehicles (such as the Mercedes Classe V) can accommodate up to 3 car seats side by side. Simply let us know the number and ages of your children when booking.
Yes, all our seats are approved to current European standards (R129/i-Size). They are regularly inspected and replaced.
Of course! If you prefer to use your own seat, our driver will help you install it correctly in the vehicle.
Our drivers are trained to correctly install each type of seat. The seats are fitted and checked before your arrival — all you need to do is settle your child in.
2 Pricing & Payment
The price is fixed and guaranteed. Once the quote is accepted, the price will not change, even in the event of traffic jams, diversions or an extended journey time.
We accept payment by credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard) and cash on board the vehicle.
No, there are no hidden charges. The price includes: the journey, child car seats, meet and greet with name board (for airports/stations), luggage assistance and water on board.
Fill in the booking form on our website with your pick-up and drop-off addresses, date, time and number of passengers. We will send you a personalised quote within minutes.
No, children under 10 are not counted as additional passengers. The price is based on the journey, not the number of children.
3 Airport Transfer
Your driver meets you at the terminal exit with a name board. They help you with your luggage and guide you to the vehicle, which is already equipped with car seats.
We track your flight in real time. In the event of a delay, your driver automatically adjusts their arrival time. Waiting is free for up to 45 minutes after landing.
We serve all three Paris airports: Roissy-Charles de Gaulle (CDG), Paris-Orly and Beauvais-Tille.
Yes, it is recommended. Your flight number allows us to track your arrival in real time and adjust the pick-up in the event of a delay.
Yes, the meet and greet with name board is included in the fare for all airport and station transfers, at no extra charge.
4 Booking & Cancellation
We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance. During busy periods (school holidays, public holidays), please book as early as possible. For urgent requests, contact us via WhatsApp.
Yes, cancellation is free up to 24 hours before the scheduled journey. After that, cancellation fees may apply. Please contact us for any changes.

Yes, you will receive a confirmation email with a summary of your request. Your personalised quote is then sent to you via WhatsApp or email.
5 On the Day
We use spacious luxury vehicles such as the Mercedes Classe V or equivalent. Each vehicle is cleaned and sanitised between every journey.
Yes, chilled bottles of water are available free of charge on board for all passengers.
Yes, your driver helps you load and unload your luggage, pushchairs and car seats (if you bring your own).
Absolutely. Our vehicles have a spacious boot that easily accommodates pushchairs, luggage and travel equipment.
Punctuality is our commitment. Your driver arrives 5 to 10 minutes before the scheduled time. For airport transfers, they are on site before your landing.
6 Practical Questions
Yes, we offer long-distance journeys throughout France (Deauville, Lyon, Brussels, etc.) and to neighbouring countries. Request a quote for your destination.
Yes, you can book a return journey (for example, to Disneyland or for a day out). Your driver drops you off and returns to pick you up at the agreed time.
