The price is fixed and guaranteed. Once the quote is accepted, the price will not change, even in the event of traffic jams, diversions or flight/train delays.

Yes, cancellation is free up to 24 hours before the journey. After that, cancellation fees may apply. Please contact us as soon as possible in the event of a change.

For airport and station transfers, we track your flight/train in real time. In the event of a delay, your driver adjusts their arrival time at no extra charge.

Our spacious vehicles (Mercedes Classe V) have a large boot. For a standard journey, you can easily fit 4 to 6 suitcases plus a pushchair. Please indicate the number of luggage items when booking.
